Next Celebration: July/August 2023

The biggest cultural fete in the British Virgin Islands is in Tortola in August. The event is called the BVI
Emancipation Festival, also known as August Festival. It is a celebration of Emancipation. Activities
include pageants, food fair, musical shows, horse races and a parade.
